Phishing

A new feature has arrived on Arsen: multi-scenario campaigns.

It allows you to use multiple phishing scenarios within a single campaign.

The purpose? To remain realistic by not targeting all your employees in the same way. Indeed, a hacker would prefer to trap fewer people to be more discreet: in reality, it is very rare that a large number of colleagues receive the same phishing email at the same time.

The problem is that an employee who discovers a phishing test circulating in their inbox can inform their colleagues.

If the existence of the simulation is discovered, the results you will obtain will no longer be as relevant.

You will not be able to distinguish between employees who have actually detected the threat and those who have been alerted to an ongoing phishing simulation.

If you want to realistically test several hundred people with a single campaign, you can now create a multi-scenario campaign: you simply have to select multiple phishing scenarios when scheduling your campaign and they will be randomly sent to your employees.

However, we recommend using versatile scenarios like a fake LinkedIn connection request, so that all scenarios are suitable for all targets.

In this video, you will learn:

  • How to evaluate several hundred people while obtaining realistic results
  • How to configure an Arsen phishing campaign with multiple scenarios
  • The advantages of using multiple scenarios in a single phishing campaign
