Challenge

Before implementing our solution, Technord did not have a structured, sustainable phishing awareness program.

The deployment of Arsen aimed to address several issues: while most employees already had the right reflex to report potential threats to the IT team, the lack of concrete awareness campaigns hindered real skill development in identifying the key signs of phishing emails.

This led to a burden on the incident response teams. The objective was twofold: reduce that pressure by training users to recognize threats themselves, and reposition cybersecurity concerns as part of a broader company-wide strategy.

Solution

Deploying our SaaS platform enabled Technord to adopt a much more strategic and organized approach to phishing awareness.

The customization of scenarios, combined with the creation of dynamic level-based groups, made it possible to tailor campaigns to departments and risk levels.

This segmentation significantly improved the relevance of simulations.

Additionally, the variety of attack vectors offered, such as simulations via QR codes and those using conversational AI, helped diversify campaigns and avoid test fatigue.

Results

Nearly two years after adopting our solution, Technord can report clear outcomes aligned with the initial goals set by its teams.
From the first campaigns, tangible results were observed: alerts sent to the incident response team became more relevant, better formulated, and less hesitant.
This behavioral shift quickly helped reduce the load on that team.
