Our Product Mission
At Arsen, we're building the fundamental layers of human attack surface management: a modular solution that helps organizations anticipate, mitigate, and respond to threats that target their people. The human attack surface is a $6.3 trillion problem. Human error and compromise are involved in over 60% of breaches worldwide. Yet most security investments still focus on infrastructure, leaving employees exposed.
We believe the solution isn't more awareness quizz or annual compliance training. It's continuous, realistic, automated simulation, paired with the right training at the right moment, to build lasting behavioral change.
Our platform already delivers:
- AI-powered phishing simulations: ultra-realistic, fully customizable, automated at scale.
- Vishing: AI-generated calls indistinguishable from your IT support, designed to test and train employees against social engineering over the phone.
- Awareness training: contextual, relevant micro-learning triggered by simulation outcomes.
- Threat monitoring: monitoring of threat signals to anticipate social engineering attacks, from suspicious domains to data leaks.
- Attack surface mapping: OSINT-based employee profiling to identify and prioritize exposure before attackers do.
We're building toward a full human attack surface management platform, covering the entire lifecycle from anticipation (OSINT, threat modeling) to mitigation (training, simulation) to response (deceptive security, feedback loops, integrations); positioning Arsen as an essential layer of the enterprise security stack. We're not building compliance checkboxes. We're building resilience.

We're building the product & engineering team that will drive Arsen's next phase of growth, and we’re looking for our next engineers who’re going to work on the core platform, from simulation engines to customer-facing dashboards, from AI integrations to infrastructure scalability. We move fast, ship often, and expect you to own your work end to end.
What matters to us: strong fundamentals, product instinct, and a bias for action. Cybersecurity experience is a plus. Curiosity is a must.
